Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
• Non-returnable items include personalized items, clearance items, and gift cards.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@megleo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will send a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
4. Ship the Item: Drop off the return package at your nearest shipping facility. Return shipping is free.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days for size or color change.
• Replacement shipping is provided at no extra cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at support@megleo.com with photos. We will arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund.

Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: Free for all eligible returns & exchanges.
• Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.

• Returns sent without our label are not covered for transit loss.
